May 18, 2007
The Louisiana Department
of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) Office of Fisheries announced
today that the Private Oyster Lease Rehabilitation Program (POLR)
is set to begin May 25. In order to participate in the program

use it as a guide to provide the other required information they
will need in order to complete and properly execute an agreement.
Leaseholders are urged

coming weeks. Meetings are scheduled for May 25 in Belle Chasse,
May 31 in Houma, June 8 in Baton Rouge and June 11 in Chalmette.
