What do I need to do to get caught up with trip tickets and monthly submission sheets?

Send in your tickets and submission sheets for seafood landings to the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Trip Ticket Program, P.O. Box 80337, Baton Rouge, La. 70898-0337, as soon as possible for the months missed.

How do I obtain the forms I need to get started again?

Please contact the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries at 225/765-3588 to reorder. To expedite the process please have your wholesale/retail, fresh product or crab shedder license number ready.

Do I still need to report if my business is closed?

Yes, if your business is closed for any reason you still must submit monthly submission sheets to the LDWF Trip Ticket Program. If you are going to be closed for the rest of the year, you can fill out one sheet and date it for the rest of the year.

What do I do with trip tickets that were water damaged?

Please send them to the LDWF Trip Ticket Program, P.O. Box 80337, Baton Rouge, La., 70898-0337, and personnel will enter them into the system.

I am an electronic dealer and want to get up and running as soon as possible what can I do?

If your computers are down, the LDWF Trip Ticket Program can set you up with paper tickets. If you need software, contact Claude Peterson at 225/647-5375.
