BOAT LAUNCHES & MARINAS DATABASE FORM

The LSU School of the Coast, along with the Louisiana Sea Grant College Program and Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, needs your help in developing a database and Website supporting recreational and commercial fishing and boating interests in the state. We ask that you to participate in the survey below.

This survey is not affiliated in any way with the Internal Revenue Service or the Seafood Trip Tickets.

Benefits from completing the survey include:

  • Information about your facility will be included on multiple public Websites that will be visited by potential customers.
  • Your facility data will be included in a dynamic database which can be easily updated.
  • Information collected will be shared with stakeholders who support the recreational and commercial fishing and boating industry.
  • Facilities will be identified as possible emergency response staging areas, for which business owners will be compensated in case of an emergency.
  • Facility data will help with better storm damage record keeping and rebuilding efforts.
  • Data collected will aid economic and resource development initiatives in your area.

Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader can be used to complete the survey. (Get the free Adobe Reader 9)

When you are finished, click SUBMIT to return your form. If you receive an error message, please forward the saved form to:
