Louisiana Sea Grant Welcomes New Staff Member

LaTosha Mullins is the new executive assistant for the Louisiana Sea Grant College Program’s executive director, Robert Twilley. Mullins received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Louisiana State University. As an undergraduate, she majored in biological sciences with a minor in secondary education; afterward, she pursued a master’s in public administration. Before her time at LSG, Mullins worked at The Water Institute of the Gulf. In her new role, Mullins hopes to provide administrative support to all LSG staff, spread more positivity through LSG’s halls and seek an opportunity to increase work efficiency. When asked about her favorite saying, Mullins cited an inspiring quote many could look up to and live by, “We can’t always choose the music that life plays for us, but we can choose how we dance to it.”
