Please join the Louisiana Seafood Processing Demonstration Lab on February 10, 2025 for a one-day course on sanitation procedures for seafood processors, packers, wholesale dealers, harvesters, and warehouses.

Participants will receive a certificate that fulfills the FDA requirements for seafood sanitation control.
