Velazquez Joins LSG Education

Annalise Velazquez has joined Louisiana Sea Grant (LSG) as the newest AmeriCorps Education and Outreach Volunteer. She is originally from Kennett Square, Penn., and attended Bucknell University where she graduated with her bachelor of arts degree in environmental studies and economics.

Velazquez is excited to learn all that LSG has to offer.

“I’m really excited to work with all of the students and have a hand in creating the events and activities that educate them,” Velazquez said.
