Louisiana Coastal Law Newsletter is a bi-annual publication devoted to educating our constituency on various legal issues affecting the state’s coast. The LCL newsletter contains legal analyses of state and federal court cases and coastal issues currently affecting Louisiana, and keeps readers up-to-date on recently enacted state laws and regulations.
The Louisiana Coastal Law E-mail Update is a quarterly-published supplement to the LCL newsletter, informing our constituents of recent court cases, coastal-related news topics, federal and state attorney general opinions and executive orders, relevant proposed and enacted federal and state regulations, and Web sites with a coastal focus.
