Please join the Louisiana Seafood Processing Demonstration Lab for their “Basic Seafood HACCP training” on February 11-13, 2025.
This multiday training is for people who handle commercial seafood to learn about safe handling practices. Participants who complete the course will receive a certificate that fulfills the FDA and USDA requirements for HACCP training.
